AC scrimspot fail connection

Good afternoon, i have a question about the anticheat ; On Sunday 24th of January, a lot of people had some connections problems with the scrimspot, for example 3 members of my team ( eSP-GaminG) used the aC without any problem, they loged in as usual before the match, and when the match was finished, i saw they got suspension cause "They did not turn on the ac..."; my question is, if it´s possible to know if that was a general error(lot of members have had the same error), and in case it´s a general error, can these members play this weekend?

Yes , i had the same sort of problem. When i turned ScrimSpot on, it closed twice. And when i reconnected by the 3rd time, i took a screen, in case it would close, i had some proof it was really on when i went to game. When i closed the game, it was closed again. I just hope it doesnt affect neither me nor any other player.
