How to join ladder?!

ok. i'm new here and surfing pages almost 20min. i cant find info what i need so i decided to post here. i want to join in that eu ladder and how i can do that.. what i need to do? please help. Thank you.

When is soon? someone posted information on this on the nexon forum a while ago, only noticed when he bumped the thread up, i thought there would be something happening by now, been wanting to join something like this for a while, looks good, hope it hits of soon.

We are currently filling staff postitions for the EU league and once we are set there registration will begin. We are looking to run both the EU & NA (Season 3) League during the same time period.
