CrossFire servers

So I'm playing Crossfire and I'm wondering why everyone has these high pings, from 100 all the way to 300. I started asking people what country they live in and a bunch of them said Europe or around that area. I'm wondering, why are they playing on US servers instead of the UK server which is closer? Anybody mind explaining it to me?

Theres alot of laggers in this game, when it comes to pubs. Play in Alpha 7, it should be decent i that server.

It's like in K.O.S a lot of people that live in USA east side and they play on west side, very intelligent.

Speaking of that...Whear could I find a germany crossfire download?

I don't think they have one. You just have to download the english version and play it on the UK server.

The clan servers (idk if the normal ones are i dont pub) are in Canada, probably somewhere between Montreal/Toronto, since i get ~15 ping (near montreal). also some people from outcasts (apathy and icecold) live in or near toronto and have 15/8 ping respectively.
