Default whats the best web browser?

i use IE, and am thinking about switching to a different one. i want it based on speeds, not which you think is best looking (although i personally think firefox takes the cake in that section). thanks in advance.

i really dont care about layout. all new browsers (chrome, opera, firefox 4, IE9) have roughly the same layout and i like it. but im unsure which browser has the best speeds.

Firefox 4 is by far one of the fastest, but its not 64-bit. Waterfox is a recompilation of Firefox 4, with various 64-bit optimizations made.

If your going to be using lots of tabs I would say chrome is the fastest. Unlike IE (im not sure about Firefox) Chrome will make a new process for every tab leading to increased performance. Chrome also saves previous pages(or something along those lines) so when u click the back button it is instantaneous.

But bro why not just spend 5 mins downloading them all and then testing them out for yourself haha.

I've tried Chrome and Firefox, and I believe Chrome is better.

    Gotta love INCOGNITO.
